Job Information:
- Salary: $2000 - $2500
- Location: Orchard
- Time: 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Day: Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AP, AR & Cash Book as well as manage the accounts system.
- Invoicing & Data entry.
- Prepare and process payment.
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
- Administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1- 2 years of professional working experience in the accounting and finance departments.
- Possess initiative and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
