• Receipt of Materials with visual inspection, shortage, and damage of materials received from the supplier and informing to the purchasing dept.
• GRN for the items received.
• Store items in their respective locations based on the type of materials.
• Providing proper Tags, identification boards for easy identification of materials.
• Raising purchase requisition of all stock items based on the inventory level.
• Periodic stock checking.
• Coordinating with project engineers, production supervisors and with the quality dept.
• Proper housekeeping inside the store.
• Delivery of materials with the proper delivery note and with the acknowledgment of concerned person.
• Update of stocks, storage, and the issue of materials.
