Jobs Requirements:

This position exists to enhance the business unit’s value proposition and position locally and internationally by: 

(i) creating and driving profitability;
(ii) managing profit and loss;
(iii) developing and implementing strategies for revenue and profit growth,
(iv) executing marketing strategies; and
(v) planning and improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with at least a Certificate in Production Management, MBA is a plus

•At least twelve (12) Years of experience in the similar role within industrial manufacturing, preferably in the management of prefabricated constructions solutions/aluminum and glass products/tents

•Should have strong commercial/financial acumen and have to drive and develop the business in both local and regional markets

•Proven experience in developing operational plans, financial plans, business plans, and budgets for managing a production factory

•Skilled in financial data interpretation and analysis, quality management and process improvement

•Knowledge of raw materials, production process, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

•Must have extensive knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and materials

•High levels of leadership skills, planning and organizational skills, negotiation, communication skills, problem assessment and analysis
