Job Location
The Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat is the flagship of the Grand Millennium Brand. The Hotel is Sharia Compliant with seven (7) F&B outlets, spa and recreation and a total of 328 rooms and apartments. It is located next to the Muscat Grand Mall.
Key Job Responsibilities
Constantly aware of the room situation and to strive to obtain maximum occupancy.
Maintain an atmosphere of tranquility at the Front Desk.
Attend to all guests who approach the Front Desk immediately, cordially, and with a smile and greeting to the guests.
Attend/assist to hotel guests in the procedures of registering, inquires, key handling, messages and all related matters.
Register guests promptly providing all necessary information to ensure guest's comfort.
Update guest information into the computer immediately and accurately.
Escort guest to their villa and explain features of the villa.
Take room reservations effectively, efficiently and obtain all details as laid out on the reservation form, up selling at every opportunity.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years experience in the same field in the hotel industry.
Must have the knowledge to use OPERA System
Must have experience in GCC
Good communication skills
