Required Receptionist / Admin for a Cleaning company. With Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in Maintenance (or) facility management (or) Real Estate / similar industry with below roles and responsibilities:
Job Title: RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN Reports to: HR
Division/ Department: ADMIN Experience: 02-05YEARS
Location: Head office Level/Salary Range:
As per company standard
• Greetings and Welcome guest.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the concerned person.
• Handling Social website of the company like FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM every day.
• maintaining Logbook - visitors in and out
• Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute to the concerned department.
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of an organization
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Arranging meetings for all the departments.
• Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
• Schedule and coordinate with the new interviewers.
• Arranging office parties and event
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, organizing etc.
